Julie Cipoletti

Julie Cipoletti is honored to bring her passion for storytelling and her heart for non-profit work to Seattle Hope Gala!

After waking up Seattle as a morning news anchor at KING 5 and KIRO 7 for two decades, Julie became a leading expert for business leaders through strategic media coaching including TED Talks “all hands” events national media and Shark Tank.

Julie’s heart for serving the community led her to earn her certification in Fundraising Management from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. She’s been humbled to use her communications and fundraising skills to help to raise millions of dollars for non-profits supporting local children, families and the fight against cancer. Julie believes wholeheartedly in ACS’s passion for supporting families in their cancer journeys, while helping to eradicate cancer once and for all.

Shellee Flint

Community Volunteer

Shellee supports the American Cancer Society and has wonderful friends who have been involved with ACS for quite some time. Shellee has always thought it to be such a great cause. However, after caring for her mother for 5 weeks following her stem cell transplant last summer, Shellee could not imagine those who do not have the support system while going through their cancer journey.  Shellee believes ACS plays such a vital role helping those in our community when they might not have the help otherwise.  Funding research and helping cancer patients in their daily lives is the reason why she wanted to be a part of this wonderful cause.
